How long does it take to deliver my order?
We use Australia Post to deliver all orders. If you checkout using the express post option and your delivery address is within Australia Post’s express post network, you should receive your order the following business day – or one day later if there are unforeseen delays. Orders dispatched using regular post vary in delivery time depending on your delivery address.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
We pack orders every day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, we strive to have your order dispatched on the following Monday (unless Monday is a public holiday).
What are the payment options at Vape Store?
We accept credit cards, bank transfer and Australia Post’s POLI internet banking.
Do you store my credit card details or other payment information after my purchase?
Absolutely not! Only your bank and the bank who process our transactions have access to credit card details and other payment information.

Why is my credit card payment not being accepted?
There are many reasons why you might be having an issue completing your purchase, the most common problems might be due to your credit card information being entered in incorrectly. Please check that your details on the front of the card (card number, expiry date and name) as well as the CVV (3 digits) on the back of your card are entered in correctly.
Can I buy nicotine e-liquid from Vape Store?
No, all e-liquid products sold on Vape Store are nicotine free.
Do I need to create an account to purchase?
Not at all! You have the option of purchasing from us as a guest or alternatively through your account. Please note that customers who sign up with us for an account and purchase through their account have access to heaps of promotions, awesome weekly vape information and our loyalty reward program. Your account also contains information regarding your order history which can make re-ordering quicker.
How do I access my account?
At the top of the website, you will see the “MY ACCOUNT” link, click this link and you will directed to the member’s login section where you will be asked to enter in your email address and password to log into your account.
I have forgotten my password! What do I do?
On the members login page, you will see a link under the “Sign In” button called “Forgot Your Password?” Click this link and follow the steps to setup a new password.
One you have clicked this, you will receive an email (please also check your junk mail folder) which will allow you to update your password.
Has my order gone through?
Once you have successfully completed your order, the next screen you will be taken to is the “THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE” screen. Here you will see your order number.
You will also receive an order confirmation by email and your order will also appear in the order history section in your Vape Store account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Can I view my previous orders?
Yes, all your past orders are stored in your Vape Store account. Simply log into your account and click the “My Orders” button.
Can I reorder any of my previous orders again?
Yes, log into your Vape Store account and click on the “My Orders” button. In this section, you will be able to reorder any of your previous orders by clicking on the reorder button next to the order. Once you have done this, the full order which you have clicked “reorder” will appear in your cart, ready to checkout.
Does my order come with a tracking number?
Yes, we send all orders by Australia Post with tracking details. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, tracking details will also be in this email.
How is my order packed?
All order are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection during transit and packed into plain white mailing envelopes. There is no mention of our company name or contents on the outside.
I have received my order but it is incorrect or incomplete, what do I do?

I’m new to vaping, what do I need to make a start?
Firstly you will need a vape kit (this includes all the hardware to get going), check out our range of vape kits here: https://www.vapestore.com.au/vape-kits

There are many different types of e liquid flavours from Tobacco flavours, to mentol flavours, dessert and fruity flavours. It usually is a matter of trying a few different flavours to see what suits best.

How long will a 10ml bottle of vape juice last?
There is no one answer as everyone is different, some people vape frequently and others like to use their vape a few times per day. Roughly, for someone who smokes a 20 pack of cigarettes per day, a 10ml bottle of vape juice will last between 7 – 10 days.
Do I need spare tanks for different flavours?
No, one tank for all your flavours is fine but please keep in mind that there might be some cross over in flavours initially when changing flavours in your tank. It is common for customers to keep a couple of tanks to use with the same flavour.
Why does my vape taste burnt?
If you are experiencing a burnt taste, it is recommended to replace your coil with a new one.
Before you start using a new vape or coil, it is highly recommended to prime your coil. To do this, drip some e juice into the middle section of the coil and leave it for at least 5 minutes to absorb into the cotton of the coil.
Also, don’t use your vape if there is no liquid in the tank as the coil will burn out and therefore give you a burnt taste.
How often do I need to change the coil?
Depending on how frequently you vape and the type of vape juice you enjoy, typically a coil can last anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.
The signs that your coil needs replacing is either a burnt taste or less vapour production.
The button on the battery does not work?
Most vape kits have a disable feature so that the vape cannot be activated in your pocket or bag. Your kit is sent automatically disabled, to activate your kit, simply push the button on the battery either 3 or 5 times in a row (3 or 5 times, depending on the brand) and this will enable your battery.
How do I sign up to start earning Vape Store’s Vape Club reward points?
Just sign up for a Vape Store account and you will automatically start earning reward points every time you purchase through your Vape Store account.
How many points do I earn with my purchase?
You will earn 4 reward points for every dollar you spend with us (you will not earn reward points for the shipping cost).
Reward points are only earned for money spent on products (vape kits, coils, tanks, replacement pods, vape juice, etc).
What discount do I receive when using my points?
500 points = $5 Discount
1000 points = $10 Discount
1500 points = $15 Discount
2000 points = $20 Discount
2500 points = $25 Discount
On the checkout page, after you have selected the amount of points which you would like to redeem, the dollar value of your order will be automatically discounted.
Where can I find the balance of my Vape Club reward points?
Log into your Vape Store account, then click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page. Once you are on this page, click on the “My Rewards Points” button at the bottom.
Here you will find the current balance of your reward points and also the history of reward points you have earned.
How can I use my Vape Club reward points?
Once you have filled your cart with the products you are wanting, go to the checkout page.
Here you will find a drop-down option where you can use your reward points. Select how many points you would like to use and after you have selected the amount of points to use, the dollar value of your order total will be automatically discounted (excluding the shipping cost).
Do my Vape Club rewards points expire?
No, your reward points will not expire. If you close your account, your reward points will be lost.
Can my reward points be transferred to other accounts?
No, your reward points cannot be transferred between accounts. Reward points can only be redeemed for a discount within your account in which they were earned.
How long does it take for my reward points to appear in my account after a purchase?
After you have purchased with us, the reward points you have earned will be applied to your account instantly. You will also receive an email to confirm the amount of reward points which you have earned.
Can I redeem my reward points for money?
No, reward points have no actual cash value, they can only be redeemed in exchange for a discount against future purchases with Vape Store website.
