It has a 4ml juice capacity and is a good compact tank with outer metal that covers most of the glass for protection. The glass tank can be removed, replaced and cleaned.
On the top of the tank is an MTL drip tip and on the bottom is the 510 gold-plated pin. The drip tip acts as child-lock.
To fill the tank, remove the drip tip first and the top slides open. The cap opens when the two arrows are pressed and one can pour liquid in, then put the cap back into place and the drip tip back on.
Coils and changing
The Zlide tank uses Innokin’s Z-series of coils that last longer, vapers say. There is the 1.2 Ohm Z Coil that fires at 13W and is ideal for MTL vaping. The airflow slots or circular holes allow you to get a perfect MTL.
The 4ml tank also has an anti-spit screen at the back and guide arrows to assist with sliding the coils into the tank correctly.
To change coils, turn the tank upside down. Inside the tank there’s a white plastic ring, about halfway. Change the coil when the liquid is below the ring. This prevents leaks.
The bottom of the tank can be twisted off the mod to enable you to pull the coil out. It has been advised by experienced vapers to pour a few drops of e-liquid into the tank to prime the coil, then put a new coil in and twist the tank back on. Next, wait five minutes to saturate the cotton before you start vaping.
