How Do I Return a Product?
If you have received your order and believe that you have received the wrong item, or if an item has arrived broken or faulty, please contact support as soon as possible to advise us of the issue. We will contact you to rectify the issue. In the event that an item needs to be returned to us, we will send you a return authorisation detailing our return delivery address. Please ensure all returns include your order number, name and contact number. All returns must include original packaging.
