Can you mix e-liquid flavours?

What are e-juice flavours made of?

Can you mix e-liquid with water?

Does e-liquid contain nicotine or nic salts?

E-liquids with various nicotine strengths are not available for commercial sale in Australia. Substances such as nicotine and nicotine salt or nic salts are addictive chemicals, so they are avoided in vape juices.
